I am so excited your here! With a background in psychology, I’ve developed a deep passion for understanding the connection between food, the mind, and overall well-being. This led me to pursue certification as an Integrative Health Coach and build a brand focused on balanced living. Through my own journey, I’ve chosen to specialize in healing relationships with food, movement, and wellness in a sustainable way. My goal is to help you feel your best—inside and out! My Story
Born and raised in California, I’ve always been drawn to a lifestyle centered around health and wellness, although I understand that life has its ups and downs. As individuals, we often find ourselves gravitating toward extremes—pushing too hard, restricting too much, or neglecting our well-being altogether. I learned this the hard way and struggled with disordered eating, diet culture, and negative self-esteem. With my history, I’m excited to promote a brand that is centered around balance, something I believe is crucial to avoiding burnout.
While studying at Texas Christian University, I conducted research on women’s health, hormone health, and development, which deepened my understanding of the science behind how our bodies and minds function at their best. This knowledge, combined with my love for cooking and holistic wellness, inspired me to build a brand dedicated to helping others create sustainable, nourishing habits that support both physical and mental well-being.
